My husband and I were some of Barretts first clients a few years ago when we were wanting to see our rental. Not only was she very friendly and positive, she was also very accommodating, dependable, reliable, knowledgeable and committed to helping us as we were also stuck with a pesky renter that wasnt paying on time or at all and avoiding us when it came to having conversations about selling. She went above and beyond by researching more for us on the situation and giving us her thoughts on how we should proceed. Needless to say we were able to access the home and with 2 hours prior to an open house, she went through and helped me clean the renters home so it was acceptable to show since the renter neglected to do as we asked. We had multiple offers that evening and she went into depth on each offer and how long some could take(VA Loan) and how the others could move a lot quicker(since we wanted the renter gone asap). We closed within a month! If you need someone thats going to look out for your best interest and do more for you then just show you homes when its convenient for them, then I strongly suggest Barrett! Shes the best in class for sure!

Barrett got us into a great house at a fair price in this unbelievably challenging, red-hot real estate market. She kept us informed and in the loop constantly until we got the keys and walked into the front door of our new home for the first time; without the typical sales person schtick and fake attitude that Ive found other agents to have. If youre looking for a cutthroat, get-the-deal-no-matter-what type of person to shine you on and tell you what you want to hear, maybe look elsewhere. But if youre interested in working with a professional, communicative, hard-working honest person; an agent who understands everyone involved in the deal is after the same thing (a smooth transaction), call Barrett Seim and get it done already.

Barrett, is a top notch agent!! We have both sold and purchased properties with her. She is up front, honest and knowledgeable. She works tirelessly to make sure her clients needs are fully met. If there are questions she cant answer, rest assured that she will find the answers and get back with you as soon as possible. In our relocation across the country, Barrett went above and beyond making sure our house was not only ready for showings, but that it was taken care of in our absence, including making sure shoe covers were worn and surfaces disinfected between showings. The pictures and video for our listing were top notch. If we ever do move back to the area, she will be our first phone call. We trust Barrett with every step of the home buying or selling process.
