update: i just finished refinancing with prime lending again and i couldnt recommend it enough. the initial process was easy but this was a breeze. she went above and beyond and even indulged my dumb questions when i had them. the process was quick and easy and helped me out a lot and i will definitely recommend to everyone i know looking to buy a house.
