West Coast Veterans - VA Loans

In 2011, I googled 'VA Mortgage Lender' in Washington State. Tim Barlow popped up top of the list. I called to discuss my VA home loan eligibility for my move back to Washinton State. He picked up my call immediately and we met for lunch when I got to town. From then on, Tim proved to be the best VA Home Loan lender I've ever had. He has closed several loans for me, and I refer all my friends and family to him.

Tim Barlow was simply amazing to work with. In a crazy housing market with less-than-ideal interest rates, Tim was able to quickly find us a low rate that fit our budget. Tim is very experienced and worked extremely hard for us, even as I was on the other side of the country and my wife was halfway across the world. And as first-time homebuyers, Tim never belittled us. He made himself available to answer questions and update us on our mortgage paperwork any time of the day. He also brought an energy to the process that helped get us across the finish quickly. Thank you for everything Tim!

I cant recommend Tim and his team enough! Hands down the best experience I could have asked for, especially as I started the process while training enroute. Tim was accommodating to my specific issues in the purchase. He is an absolute expert - professional, courteous, and an all around great guy!!

The expertise and quality of service are above no one. If you are a veteran you should be using these guys. They know all the rules and how the VA works and it is run by a Vet. They helped me get a very large mortgage in a short time. far as I am concerned there is no one better
