I am SO glad we found this place for help with our kids Cello. We first went in to get his bridge set, they had to send it out and quoted us a certain amount to which we signed an agreement. When it came back (quickly!), it was less than what we had agreed to. We just appreciated the honesty because they very well could have charged us what we agreed to before it was sent out. I then took my sons Cello to get a string fixed and get it tuned. They did it right then and there in about 10 minutes (and one of the gentlemen let my toddler high five him about 50 times). Everyone there is so nice & helpful, and everything is done in such a timely & professional manner.

Sent my tenor in for a level 2 service and to repair two keys on the upper stack. I received an estimate for 800.00 . That was more than the value of the horn. Asked if they could just fix the bent keys and replace a pad, which they did " thank you" but when I got home and looked at it the lower stack was way out of alignment. My fault for not having them look at the condition prior to sending it to the repair shop. Must have happened in transit . Friendly and helpful staff but I'm hesitant on taking my new one in for a service.

Great music store they have amazing teachers for all instruments and they rent most instruments for the lessons
