Connell's Business Systems

Connell's offered a simple solution over the phone to a Brother printer issue I was having. Another "authorized" Brother repair place wanted to charge me just to diagnose and made me think my printer was ready for the landfill. I saved time, money and effort with Connell's and they sounded supremely knowledgeable. My printer works like new now.

I had a Brother printer issue and called Connell's and talked to a gentleman whose name i unfortunately did not get. But he said that he had been with the company for 40 years and talked me through the problem. It was a problem that did not come up through any online searches, but he diagnosed it quickly and waited while I ran some test sheets and confirmed that it worked. I told him I also had an older Brother printer that could not run on a 64 bit machine and he directed me to Connell's.biz and I searched while he patiently waited on the phone while I located the model number and it appears that Brother has a driver that should fix the problem. I hope my Connell's friend reads this review, and I am going to refer Connell's whenever I get the chance, and I want to personally thank my friend for taking the 15 minutes on the phone to help me. I will never purchase from another supplier without first giving Connell's a call first. Great work!
