Capital injury Law took my personal injury case about a yr and 1/2 ago. From day one theyve been communicative, thoughtful and thorough. They respond immediately if I have a question, they reach out to me regularly to see how I'm doing. This injury (a yr later) still hurts when it's touched. It's also left a small but horrific scar between my lower calf and ankle which makes it very hard for me to wear shorts or a dress and they've all been empathetic to my " insecurities and feelings " physically and emotionally over this. They are diligently working on this case caused by negligence to ones safety in a business that showed no regard for what happened that caused this injury.
I'm extremely pleased so far with their professionalism, understanding and their help and hard work.
I highly recommend Mr.Peter Kesling.He, his firm and Samantha are the best!

I am very grateful for the people at Capital Injury Law. Mine was just a minor accident, but the at fault driver's insurance refused to pay for my medical care. Thanks to Capital, they hopefully learned their lesson because now they had to pay out 3 times what they could have! Symone has been wonderful to work with and I appreciate that she gave me the same attention that she would have to someone with a much larger claim.

I was referred to Capital Injury Law by a friend not knowing what to expect as I have never been through a process like this. They were transparent and honest from day 1 regarding communication, timelines, procedures, etc. Even with a change of personnel on my case, there was no issues. The final result was better than their predictions because they refused to settle and fought for what they believed was fair. I am grateful for the recommendation and extremely satisfied with the process and the result from it all.
