I have known and worked with Budd Bay Promotions & Apparel, Inc for the past 3 to 4 years. They caught my attention because I noticed that they were active in the community, worked with the schools and supported events. I visited their shop and was very impressed with the selection of products and their designs to support businesses. I believe they produce high quality promotional materials and I love the fact they are local business owners even more!.

Budd Bay went above and beyond picking up the slack of an unreliable screen printing business (Huckleberry Ink). When I called Budd Bay with only 2 days to get three shirts done for the company I work for I was met with exceptional customer service and a "can do" attitude. They even went as far as to overnight ship the shirts from their vendor to make sure I got exactly what I wanted in the very limited time frame we had. Needless to say they have earned a customer for life. I cannot thank them enough for getting these shirts done in such a short time frame. A special thanks to their employee, Kirsey, who stopped at nothing to make sure I not only got the shirts in time but got exactly what I wanted as well. I appreciated it more than you know!
