    The professionalism of Real Property Management is outstanding! Communication, cleanliness, and completion of tasks are all things Ive experienced while being a tenant here. Michael personally is one of the best!!! He personally goes out to the properties and makes sure that everything is up to date with equipment and interior designs, he makes sure to reach out with information and questions when needed, insanely formal with great social etiquette and amazing style, in the end just a well rounded guy. Michael makes sure to take care of not only the appearance of the property but also represents Real Property Management with his dignity and hard work. Honestly sad to leave this company and property, but if I have to move again this is for sure the first company I will go to for a new rental

    Given that our only point of contact with this company is our current property manager Michael Patterson, this is more a review of what I have seen of his behavior and may not be an accurate reflection of the company as a whole. Unfortunately I have no access to his supervisor so a Google review will have to do. We live in an apartment owned by this company in Centralia, WA and they are currently making "repairs". Our property manager Michael Patterson is incapable of communicating or notifying in a timely, professional manner. When our shower was being replaced we could not be in residence. We were required to find other accommodations on less than a days notice and pay rent while the apartment was uninhabitable due to BLACK MOLD. In addition while we were gone Michael Patterson, the property manager thought it would be appropriate to have an electrician come, without our knowledge or permission, and that it would be appropriate to have the plumbers let the electrician in. Again, the property manager thought it was appropriate to have approved workmen let unapproved workmen into the apartment without the tenant's knowledge or permission. Today, we have workmen removing the siding for replacement. Which we have known about for some time, the start day is two days past the original stated "tentative" start day. That's not the problem. The problem is that we were NEVER informed that the repairs would include our porch until the first piece of railing was removed. The porch is the only way in or out of our apartment. The workmen told us they plan to demolish the porch and replace it. Thankfully the workmen are going to tell us the day before they remove and replace the porch so we'll have some notice when to vacate. The property manager is claiming the property owner didn't tell him the scope of work includes the porches. These are just the most recent in a string of "miscommunications" since Michael has taken management if the property. If we didn't take the time to ask the workmen what the plan is, we would never know. I wonder how the other tenants are going to get in and out of their dwellings?

    Mr. Patterson is an owner who pays attention to detail when it comes to managing multi family units and properties. He desires nothing but quality for his tenants and to ensure that each space is to standard, clean, and well kept. He is also an owner with integrity which makes it easier to bring problems and concerns to the forefront if any. I've worked with him for a number of years in operating these units and highly recommend him!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately, your current residence was badly neglected prior to our company assuming property management responsibilities. Under our tenure we’ve partnered with the homeowner to complete a significant amount of renovations/repairs to the property, several of which were conducted in your unit.
As with all home maintenance activities, repair schedules often change and normal life routines are temporarily disrupted. With that said, throughout the renovations/repair process we’ve worked hard to provide timely communications with all residents of this multi-family property to include yourself.
Our goal is to ensure our clients both property owners and tenants have a positive home rental experience with us. We encourage you to contact our office directly should there be any matters/concerns you wish to have addressed.
