As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated the patience and depth of knowledge that Realty One Group showed. I had a certain kind of home in mind that was not easy to find and they were with me every step of the way. We were shown many houses and then finally found the "One" thanks to their persistence. I had no clue what the house buying process was going to be like, but we had such a great experience and learned a lot from their many years of experience. Hands down the best company for your real estate needs. They know what they are doing, they are experienced, and they keep your best interest in mind at every step. We have both purchased and sold with Realty One Group and will continue to do so.

They have a realtor Tucker Stanley who insults buyers, make emotionally charged accusations, and never relays the information when and offer is presented. He says "i wouldnt do the deal if its my house" to the buyer. He says "clearly you do not have the money for this house". At first he seemed genuenly interested in selling the house for his owner but then it just turned into personal attacks of my capability. I have screen shots of the text message and my wife was listening into our conversation on speaker phone. He is not the right realtor for this company or anywhere. Ill be looking into filing a complaint with the real estate board next for violation of ethics.
