When life throws you a curveball, its amazing finding the right real estate agent to represent your best interests. I found Janie two days before household goods were being picked up and a 3,000 mile journey across the U.S. would begin. She was responsive to my first email and every call, text, and digital correspondence until we reached the closing table. What I thought was my forever home went from active listing to pending sale in 6 days! She has been my eyes and ears on the ground across state lines; the distance, never a factor. This was the first time Ive purchased a home and its because I had the most outstanding, incredible, realtor, Janie Weller!! The whole process was smooth!! Janie was always willing to answer any and every question I had, and never made me feel bad for all the silly questions I had. She was always willing to meet me at the house anytime I needed as well.
