        DO NOT RENT UHAULS FROM THEM. they are a nightmare. Took our card information and have spent the last week trying to charge random charges. Different total every time. Charged us a fee for dropping it off 20 minutes early. We disputed it with uhaul and had it dropped, and we thought it was resolved. yet they are still trying to charge our card twice in one day! And neither total was the same so it's not like they are trying to recharge the initial fee. These people are shady

        We usually have good experience with Lacey Express Uhaul. Today we had a reservation for 10:15. We arrived promptly at 10:15 to be told the truck we had reserved was supposed to be returned at 10 but wasnt back. When customer was called, he was looking for a gas station . If someone has a reservation at 10:15 and the truck isnt returned why would you not call to see why before we waste our time & gas? Not happy.
