This is my new go to place to return my Amazon items. They are always quick and easy. They also are helpful for other shipping needs. Appreciate their customer service

* after writing the review below the store owner reached out to me. We had a several minutes congenital conversation, where I learned that she was aware of the lost package before I did and had filed for a claim on my behalf. I've been doing business with the Marvin Rd ups store since 2007. Large print jobs, including blue prints for projects, operation manuals etc, even notary. They used to be great, but lately my notary request have been an inconvenience and a lost package, that was said to had not left their store, was not their problem. Just move along, we have other customers. I'd take my business somewhere else, but they are the only option this side of town. I suspect when there is another option, that's where I'll be spending my money.

Crystal helped us with notary services. She was polite, friendly, concise and went above and beyond to communicate with my father, who is both hard of hearing and has had a brain injury that makes it difficult for him to understand people.
