My review is about the Field, not the shop. Field is waaaay too restrictive. They're not real guns, they're airsoft guns. They treat them like real guns, not in the way you treat them in a safety manner but what guns can shoot a certain way. If you have a gun shooting at the same joule limit as a DMR but isnt a "DMR weapon", you cant use it. The strictest Field I've ever played at. Really ruined my experience. Unless you have a high power sniper/DMR/Lmg, good luck having fun. Field is also way too open and not enough cover. Respawns are consistently poorly handled where one team has the complete advantage and you have no shot in completing the objective. I will never return... I've played at many fields and this is by far the worst.

This store is awesome, the customer service is marvelous. The tech himself is truly spectacular, and does what he says, Ive gotten tech work two times, and Ive been more than satisfied both times. Definitely come here for guns, and especially tech work.

A pro shop for whatever you need airsoft or paintball. If they don't have it in store they'll order it for you.

We are a non profit company that came to buy equipment to replace our lead pellet arrangement to be more environmentally sound. Due to our Non Profit nature, It took a few weeks to get approvals taken care of for the equipment we had picked out. But once that was done on our side and we were ready to issue a purchase order. Black Ops, we had found out, had already set aside most of our order for us to pick up. There was a little miscommunication and the order was short 6 magazines and a propane adapter. However Black Ops had a solution initiated and shipping verified before we left the store that day. They also provided hands on training on the new Air Soft Guns at pick up. The equipment we were short were delivered on time 1 week later. Black Ops had the equipment drop shipped to us at no additional cost to us. While being around the store during the various times we were working to get our order straight, I observed the employee's interact with other customers and the same amount of attention to detail and great customer service with all other customers as they did with us. Plus prices were in a good range and the discount we got as a Non-Profit was a great break. I would recommend Black Ops Paintball whole heartedly with no hesitation for both small and large orders.
