These guys throw away brand new tires and have to pay to get them hauled away and they dont agree that a low income family in need of tires could possibly have a set for cheap or even pay it forward and allow them to have them since they are paying to have them thrown away any way I get making money and owning a business means you cant give things away but come on. Tires arent just wanted they are a necessity to be safe on the road. a friend of the family and her 4 year old daughter needed a set of tires to make their vehicle be safe to drive and couldnt afford them. Discount tires was throwing away brand new tires the size she needs and instead of allowing her to keep them or buy them cheap they decided to knife the heck out of them so she couldnt have them at all. No matter what. Hurts my heart discount tires! Pay it forward! Also ppl shouldnt expect things like this to be done so honestly I may be being a bit unfair and irrational but I just couldnt believe they wouldnt want to see her and her daughter safe. It costed them money to be hurtful when it could have made them money to be kind! 1 star is only for the cleanliness of this location. Very disappointed

Service was pretty close to on-time, and they were pretty quick to get my new tires on even though it was a very busy time of day.

For my part, this particular store location does everything right. Every staff member that Ive had contact with is knowledgeable, responsive and respectful. I have not found any better quality tire anywhere else nor any other Big tire with better pricing. Most importantly I feel they are honest which is most important to me.
