I just completed the Inspector Training provided by SGA. Their outfit is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone that is serious about becoming a home inspector. I highly recommend SGA Inspection for your next home inspection. Through their thorough and knowledgeable inspection process, they found significant damage to the foundation of the home I was buying. They also created a clear, organized, easy to interpret report with pictures and video. I loved that they were able to categorize their findings into immediate red flag and expected maintenance. Best $ I spent in the home buying process.
