      • Tech One Custom Concrete

        I enjoyed my pick up and drop off at this U-Haul location. The staff was fast friendly and efficient. The ease of the rental also made it a great experience. I would drive a few extra miles to come to this location instead of others.

        Been by there three times and no one around. Called half a dozen times now and no answer. Also left a message, no return call. And I received an email stating my truck must be inspected prior to pick up. Same truck I have used two previous times from U-Haul. Supposed to pick up at 0800 tomorrow. I am thinking I might better cancel this. Never seen service such as this. I wish I could give a 0 rating instead of a 1 star.

        Clean uhaul. The office was less than desirable. But the office staff was excellent!!!

        It's a very small business and close to home. I live in Hawks Prairie. The service was good, I got what I needed and was able to pick up and drop off with ease. Please keep in mind there are two businesses on the same site. The uhaul is on the ground floor to the left and the med transport is upstairs on the left upstairs.
