        Well they didn't do much and charged me for stiff I didn't want and kept my cat over nite with out my consent also charged me for stuff with out my consent

        They were able to work with my schedule and allowed me some extra time, before picking up my cat. Prices are reasonable, and drop off is a breeze.

        Took my kitten to this place when he needed his shots or when he needed his nails trimmed. They do not let you enter the building, which can be problematic for some animals. My cat got scared and became an unrepentant psychopath on them, but they were professional about it. When the paramedics were done stitching them back together, they recommended ways to calm my cat and looked forward to the next visit. Tough workers.

        We absolutely love the kitty clinic. The doctors are very knowledgeable and good at diagnosing. They are so kind and caring to my kitties. The whole staff is awesome. They are affordable care.

      Good morning! It was a pleasure to work with Red this week. He was an absolute sweetheart. As stated when talking to Samantha yesterday we did not proceed with diagnostics as they were declined by you on Wednesday the 4/3. We close at 5:30pm on Wednesdays and that was clearly communicated to you but unfortunately by the time you answered our calls it was 20 minutes past closing and you wanted us to meet you at a nearby business to drop Red off to you. Due to safety reasons we cannot transport Red outside of the clinic. Our receptionist and Doctor waited 30 minutes past closing so you could pick Red up but you never showed. Unfortunately our staff cannot stay an hour past closing for safety reasons. Luckily, Concern for Animals was able to provide you with a voucher that thankfully covered all of the Red's medical care costs prior to your visit. I'd be happy to send over the estimate you approved and the invoice for his visit as well. We wish Red the cat all the best!
