Requested 3 keys be made. Only 2 out of the 3 fell into the box for me to retrieve. Had to pay for another key, since I still needed a 3rd.

Easy, fast and contactless! The only thing that would get it 5-stars is if the machine could engrave a message or room number on the face of the key.
