They came out to pump my septic tank and the gentleman was so amazing I really wanted to just say a big thank you to them for doing such an amazing job !!!

Rich and Justin came out to my RV having serious black tank issues and in need of pumping and a flush , they dropped what they were doing and within a few hours of my call they had made it to my rig and had everything fixed and flowing. Highly recommend this company enough experience and great customer service to get anything done

We had an emergency situation and Evergreen came and emptied our Septic tank with only a few hours notice, we were so grateful they could fit us in!! Jose was polite, fast and gave us great tips on septic management for the future. Highly recommend!

BEWARE! Our family experienced a horrible situation with Evergreen Sanitation. We hired this company to install new sump pumps in our basement and the technician they sent out ended up flooding our entire basement due to his negligence. The manager and office staff made so many verbal promises of rectifying the situation, which they never followed through on. I was out many thousands of dollars due to the damage they caused my basement yet they still demanded that I pay them the full amount for the sump pump they installed and ultimately, denied they ever damaged anything. Even though the initial flooding situation caused a lot of stress for our family, that was nothing compared to the months of stress after the incident due to the poor communication from the manager and then ultimately the owners of this company, who lied about the fault of their technician and never once came to review the damage they caused to our multi-million dollar home. I will mention that I had to constantly contact their office asking for someone to come out and evaluate all of the damage and although I was promised over and over again, no one ever came, even though I contacted them over 12 times in 6 months. I cannot even begin to express how awful and rude the owners are. I would highly recommend that you find a different company because this one lacks experienced and well trained technicians and office staff, plus they are devoid of any business morals and ethics. They do not care about your family whatsoever, and are all about making money. Service: Outdoor system repair
