I made an online order for pick up scheduled it for an hour out. I got there and they said they refunded me because they couldnt make my food but never emailed or tried to call me before I showed up.

First time here. Great experience! Staff was very helpful answered all our questions. Got the berry bowl with granola/honey/bananas. So tasty! Definitely plan to go when its a bit warmer. Clean store, a bit of seating if you plan to dine in. Plenty of options to choose from. Follow on Instagram and Facebook for updates.

Came in with a friend to order a couple wraps. We both had to wait to even get Acknowledged and get any type of service. Then when the short Hispanic girl finally decided to take our order she said it will take a while because only one of the grills to make the wrap was working we both agreed that was fine and said well walk down to the rite aid we walk down to the rite aid to burn time we get back she didnt even start making the wraps until she saw us waiting at the end of the counter which was wierd I felt like the order shouldve been started after. We waited 30 mins for two of the most DRYEST most Blan ceaser wraps she didnt offer sauce on the side honestly I wanted to to ask for a refund because I did t understand why she took so long and didnt even start our orders until she realized we were just waiting she didnt apologize about the wait or anything it was a waist of 13 dollars never again.

However, my only minor qualm was the cost. While the quality justifies the price to some extent, I couldn't help but feel it was a tad expensive, especially for a casual treat. In conclusion, Rush Bowl offers a refreshing and health-conscious option for those seeking a tasty and customizable treat. The abundance of toppings and the well-balanced portion sizes make it a standout choice. Despite the slightly higher cost, the indulgence is worth it for those moments when you crave a burst of flavor in a bowl.
