        The issue I had when I stayed there during covid was...they swore I smoked in the room and I don't even smoke. They kept my deposit over a lie. That made me soo mad I could chew nails and spit out thumb tacks...they are good about keeping deposits. Don't stay there if you want your deposit back.

There hasn't been any incidents where deposit was utilized for any incidental charges nor there had been any negative communications back-and-forth ever here during your stays in the past. In fact, your most recent stay was fairly positive with us as we remember, so again we aren't sure what's going on here.
