There are not enough kind words that I can think of to say about Carol Pope and Empire Home Loans. Our case was far from easy to deal with had multiple variables. Due to Carols hard work and effort to overcome obstacles we were able to close on our first home. I was at point where I thought it was time to give up on owning a home and thanks to Carol, our dreams have been achieved!! Thank you so much for everything!!!!!!

I've been on both sides of the transactions with Carol Pope and her team. They have awesome products and unbelievable customer service! I love how they walk clients through every step of the home loan process and make an effort to ensure everything makes sense to first-time home buyers and/or return clients alike. The teams knowledge is always incredibly helpful when walking buyers through rates, points, escrow, etc. Did I already say something about communication!! Day or night they are there through out the entire processI love working with great lenders, I can not recommend them enough. Thanks

Carol is fantastic to work with we have worked on a bunch of sales together. She doesn't screen her calls, she will actually answer if at all possible. If she can't, she will call you back ASAP. She knows her business, she always has the answers to my questions! Clients have never had a bad word to say about her. (Even one 'drunk dialing' client we had!) If you need a lender for anything, Carol is 'one stop' shopping!
