People are amazing here! Very knowledgeable and honest! They checked at my car and taught me a cheaper way to fix the car myself. They also gave me an estimate if we do want them to help us fix it, the estimate was fair and way cheaper than the other repair shop we went to. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Mark 2 for being a bright spot in what would have otherwise been a completely horrible experience! Right before Christmas my car got broken into and the stress of having to deal with insurance and finding a good repair shop amongst one of the busiest times of year for car break ins was horrible. Thankfully found Mark 2 and spoke with Vicky who was extremely kind and patient from the very start with that first phone call. Thank you to Vicky for her exceptional service through the entire process and helping make a bad situation better and for the rest of the staff for the great work they did on my car!

I love these guys!! It turned out they didn't have to work on my car because it was considered as a total loss by my insurance company. However, it was very difficult working with my insurance, so they stepped in to help get a response back. Also, they answered all of my questions, which made this experience less painful overall.

Vicky and her family/team are absolutely incredible. Unfortunately due to several accidents in Seattle/Shoreline over the last year, Ive had to visit them way more often than I would ever like to, but each time Ive needed them they have gone above and beyond for me. Dealing with insurance is extremely stressful, and confusing, and has often brought me to tears; however Vicky has shown kindness, compassion, straightforwardness and honesty that I dont think any other body shops would ever display or deem as necessary. Shes given me advice and recommendations that shes truly never had to and I sincerely appreciate it. My car looks brand new and like nothing ever happened. Theres clearly a reason why they have 5 starsTo say their services are top-notch would be an understatement. I highly recommend Mark 2 Collision.
