1st Security Bank

I had a very nice visit at 1st Security bank when I opened my checking account and my CD. They where very friendly and very professional. This will be my favorite bank.

I have been doing business banking with FSBWA since 2013 - specifically with the Lynnwood Branch. I have always felt at home and received unbelievable service. They helped me with a loan when expanding my business and I have zero regrets. I have used FSBWA both times when acquiring real estate loans. Cant say enough good things, highly recommend!

Unbelievably awful bank. They colluded with contractor Rory Knight and his Siding Bathroom Kitchen and Window Depot company to commit fraud and forge my signature on loan docs to cover their tracks. Contractor is under investigation and they could care a less. They just continued to knowingly accept his forged documents and gave him my money for work that was NOT completed. They also charged erroneous loan fees and threatened to harm my perfect credit if I didn't pay up. In essence, they are intentionally using their credit reporting powers as a bank to steal money from innocent consumers. These guys are straight up criminals. I hope they are investigated and someone goes to jail. I have proof of these allegations if anyone in law enforcement would like to see it.
