We needed to get out locks rekeyed so when we reached out to lock solution, they had a technician out early in the morning. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and the tech was very friendly and incredibly professional. They even made multiple key copies for free! I'd highly recommend Auto Keyless Entry WA

Great place to buy a car, his owner Sayed is a great and friendly guy. If he doesnt have at the moment the car youre looking for, he will work with you and find what you need or looking for. He is not as other guys who just push you to buy what they have, even when you dont want it, he instead helps you to find the appropriate car for you and in excellent conditions.

Purchased a Hyundai Elantra GT sport from Sayed recently. He was very easy to work with and told us what he knew of this car. He showed us the cars history report and let us examine the car as long as we need. The price was reasonable compared to other competitors. Theres were lots of other customers wanted buy or sell their cars at Sayeds business while we were there. He took his time to answer all our questions. We werent sure at first due to other reviews .After talking to him and examine this car, we were happy to buy the car from him.

Bought a 2004 Nissan Xterra here in August of 2018 (before the name changed from Carpool Auto, owner/management is the same). Reviewing now because I finally remembered the name of this place. The lot is crowded with cars but that's not a huge deal. You just might have to do some shuffling around to get the car you want to test drive out of the lot. Salesman/Manager/Owner, Sayed, was polite and reasonable. He did not forcefully push a sale on us. HOWEVER, before I test drove the vehicle, he told me that he had driven it earlier that day and it ran perfectly. Shortly after departing from the lot on my test drive, I quickly realized the vehicle had a horrible misfire. The car shook violently when accelerating so I drove the car back and let Sayed know that I wouldnt be purchasing the vehicle due to the misfire. He told me he had no idea of the issue but proposed that if his mechanic could fix it, he would call me back and reduce the price as well. I agreed. The issue ended up being a faulty distributor which his mechanic replaced (almost 40,000 miles later as of writing this review and the distributor still works great). The car was also thoroughly cleaned on the inside/outside and all mechanical parts were cleaned as well. While this was great, it led me to believe that there were no leaks. Over the course of the next 1,000 miles or so, I would learn that the power steering reservoir/hoses/gearbox, oil pan, valve covers, rear, main seal, front/rear differentials, transmission, and intake manifold (coolant) all leaked. Being a 15 year old car, I expected a few small leaks but there was no way to tell that any of these components were leaking due to all the leaks being hidden before the sale. Now for the part that really bugged me. For a while, I drove the car with the small coolant leak topping off with coolant every two weeks or so. Eventually, at about 10,000 miles after purchasing, the leak became bad enough to where coolant began pooling up underneath the vehicle so I tore apart the engine to replace the leaking intake manifold gasket. During the process, I purchased an OBDII scanner. Upon plugging the scanner into my cars diagnostic port, I found that I had two Check Engine Light Errors (for faulty catalytic converters) but my check engine light on the dash had never actually been illuminated! I removed the instrument cluster expecting to find a burnt out Check Engine Light bulb but to my surprise, the bulb had been completely ripped out of the circuit board! I couldnt believe it! Now, its tough to say exactly what happened; I assume the bulb was removed in order to pass inspection with two faulty catalytic converters, but its hard to say if this modification was performed by Carpool Auto (now Work and More Auto) or simply ignored by them. Regardless, even if they were oblivious (by not inspecting vehicles as they arrive for sale on the lot) they must have been made aware when the mechanic ran a code scanner to determine the cause of misfire after my test drive. Tampering with a CEL is absolutely fraud and, at the very least, Carpool Auto (now Work and More Auto) was extremely dishonest. By this time, it was too late to take any action against them and would have to take this as a lesson learned instead. Im not saying this will be the same experience for everybody as Im sure theyve sold some decent cars but I would NOT take my business here based on the blatant dishonesty! Only giving two stars because of the knowledge Ive gained as a backyard mechanic through fixing all the issues on this vehicle!
