Edited to add: I found an old "your last payment is due" notification letter dated prior to the phone call I posted this review over. They called and treated me as stated below over less than $30 dollars. This company has called me 3 times over a debt that belongs to my deceased stepfather. They were aggressive with me over the phone stating I was refusing to take a message (which I am under no legal obligation to do) for my mother who has a dementia evaluation next week. I tried to ask them to send her a letter, at the address they have on file for her, regarding the matter and that I would be sure to review it with her, but the agent that called me, on my phone, just continued to speak over me and then hung up. I have zero legal responsibility for the debt which they called me over, nor do they have the legal right to treat me in the manner in which they did. I had to call the company back and explain to them that they have no right to call me, get aggressive and pushy with me for a debt that absolutely does not belong to me. The manager again tried to get me to pass a message to my mom and I told her again that they could send a letter to the address on file. I reiterated that they had no right to call me and treat me in such a intimidating and aggressive manner for a debt that is not mine. I finally had to ask the manager if I had any recourse to stop them from calling me, at which point she stated that they will remove my phone number from their system. I mean, how hard it is to just send a letter? Know your rights and read the fair credit reporting act. Edited to add 2: Demetia eval completed, she does have debilitating dementia and should not have been managing her accounts at the time they were collecting from her.

very rude. They keep bothering my wife. When I call them, they ask my name, my address, without be able identify them self. When I ask the representive's name they directly hangup my phone call. They are collect money where a Seattle Cellnexti Phthology didn't send a claim to my insurance. they makes no sense to directly contact patient without contact insurance.

ABSOLUTELY A HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! Pray that you don't have to do business with this so called "legal" company. No intent to work with you by any means. Avoid them if at all possible!

These people continued to call me repeatedly without telling me why, when I finally returned their call they wouldnt provide me any information about what it was regarding until I gave them personal information OVER THE PHONE. Completely ridiculous in this day and age. Good riddance.
