        I like their continuing education courses online. But unfortunately just like everything else these days you can't call somebody and talk with them if you have a problem. I forgot my password and for some reason they will not send a new link to the right email. And when I try and call of course they tell me I need to go online and email. So how does this solve my problem?

        The site crashed when I got 180 pages through my electrical and was already finished with my plumbing and now the site wont load up and no one seems to answer the phone and Ive already paid for my tests and I literally had a 7 question test left and it froze and the site went down

        Website went down in the middle of my ceu , phone number for customer support vm full. Hopefully the site is up and running soon , prepaid for multiple ceu's and wasn't able to finish them on my only day off .

        Was able to complete 24 hours of CEU's in about 4 1/2 hours on a Sunday. Bundled pricing for the 6 classes saved me a bit of money. Worth the money to not have to sit in a classroom. By Tuesday morning the hours had been reported to the state and I was able to renew. Overall a good experience. I will be taking these classes again!

      Austin, we were hit by hackers which over loaded the website causing it to crash. Within 30 minutes of learning of the crash our software engineer had the site back online. Sorry about any difficulties that this may have caused. As you know, that are some things that are out of our control, and this was one of them. Tech Support

      Thanks for the review. Your are correct, our voice mail box had inadvertently filled up. When we added an new staff member about 2 months, I made the mistake in the training of not re-assigning monitoring the voice mail box on a regular bases. Me BAD- My Mistake.However, since you made us aware of this short coming, this task has been re-assigned so that we can receive all of our voice messages and not miss them.In the mean time, you may have been calling regarding that our system was down on September 26. When we found out about it, our software engineer responded to the hack attack that caused it and we were back online in about 30 minutes.Sorry for any difficulty that this outage may have caused you, but we are please that you informed us of the voice mail box problem.Again, since then, this problem that you pointed out to us has been solved.Warmly,Head Master EngelkingChief of Staff - AnytimeCE

      Sorry for the inconvenience that this caused. Hackers hit our website and took it down. About 30 minutes after learning of this, our software engineer had the site back on line. Recently we added new personnel and made an error in training (we BAD) about monitoring our voice mail box. You were right, it was filled.Since your message to us, we have upgraded our training so that the voice mailbox is "emptied " on a regular base.Human error on our side.Yours, Head Master Engelking
