Terrible customer service! I never ever use this travel agency again and never ever recommend any family and friends. You just feel upset to talk with this agency.

Booked a Travel with Alan trip. Flight cancelled. Cruise missed. Could not reach travel agency. Updated two days later: travel agency offered $250 in future credit on $1000 investment (per a person - party of 4) on cruise we could not attend because the airfare the agency booked (too close to sailing) was cancelled and they dont work on Sundays. Main contact was his own trip in Italy and we got his out of office email reply. Delta Airlines said they would refund travel with Alan $230 per a person for cancelled flight. Travel with Alan keeps the money offers customers $250 in credit for future booking. Do NOT book Travel with Alan. This is fraud.

Although I find the value offered for the money excellent for cruises booked with Travel with Alan, I do not appreciate being talked to as though I have the mental capacity of a child on a kindergarten school trip. I get that dealing with large groups of folks is a bit like herding cats, but that is no excuse for talking down to or even worse, flat out rudely to individuals. We were notified mid-cruise that our flights had been changed for our flight home, therefore we would need to get on the transfer bus to the airport that left at 9:15 AM. It was an international flight, so we needed extra time to process through the airport. When we processed off the ship, we saw no one with Travel with Alan signs. Finally, a man without a sign directed us to a white bus parked by the median. We joined others waiting there. No TWA employees were there. Finally, Alan shows up and my husband asks him which bus. Alan snaps we are way too early (it is 8:50ish) and go stand by the white tents for an hour. We tried again a little after 9 to ask an assistant, who was polite, but said our bus wasnt here yet. We went back across the street until we saw people loading onto newly arriving buses. My husband went across to ask Alan again, while I stayed with the luggage. My husband never raises his voice and I could hear Alan rudely shouting at him from across the street. Alan then SHOVES my husband, rudely saying,Go on, get out of here, you are messing everything up! That behavior is never acceptable! My husband is 88 years old and could have easily lost his balance and been seriously injured. When my husband got back to me and verified what I heard and saw, we made our way back to the assistant (who had witnessed Alans behavior) I insisted he listen to the situation of buses and planes. He said hed take care of us and got us on the next bus leaving for the airport. We just made our flight. We will not be traveling with this company again!
