    Worst insurance agent i have ever had. I have had allstate for 23 years and now im wanting to switch. I have had tons of agents, in tons of states and this is the worst. I have called 9 times and have only managed to get ahold of someone 1 time. The worst part is when i call allstate it forwards me back to my agent. I spent 25 minutes just trying to talk to someone about a claim before i got someone that spoke english. Allstate is not bad and i miss my old agent that would call and check my needs on regular basis and was always available to help. This is just bad .

Thank you Shawn for taking time with me over the phone and for being an Allstate customer. Hoping we provided a solution to you with the options to change agents. If you need further assistance with that process, please let us know. Regarding the phone tree options and system; appreciate the feedback, we have forwarded to Allstate home office as they required all Allstate agents to now have the same incoming phone tree options for customers. Your previous agent Greg and your new selected agent will have the same phone tree that we have but to bypass simply say ‘agent’ and you will be transferred to your new agent (once your new agent has completed the agent change form for you). Allstate has been making continued enhancements to phone system but as a customer, your feedback is very important; if you are inclined and would like comment directly to Allstate home office regarding the phone system – 800-714-5601 is a dedicated customer resolution team department.
