I called Josh to see if he would be willing to look at a few reports on a house that I was in the process of purchasing to get his opinion on the condition of the roof. He not only listened intently, but he gave me well over hour of his own time to provide his insights on what he read. He also went out of his way to inspect the roof himself. I couldn't believe how accommodating and genuine he was the whole time. He did all of this on the same day of me calling him while he was on another job. There is no question, I will refer Josh to others but when it's time for roofing needs he will be my first call.

If your a homeowner you know just how much of a headache finding a good contractor can be! I feel like I must of called a dozen companies looking for a reliable, professional & customer based one! I was so relieved when I met with Josh. Unlike other companies who did their bid over the phone, Josh himself came to my property and took the time to get on my roof and go through everything with me! His quote arrived via email at the exact time he said it would and it was very thorough. Also the quote was very affordable and honest compared with other local quotes I had gotten. Josh is excellent because he is knowledgeable and skilled. As a general contractor in the residential trade I have worked with the good, the bad and the really bad contractors. Josh's knowledge goes far beyond roofing as well. I recommend Josh to all those folks that need an honest, fair and skilled contractor.
