My daughter loves your method of teaching math. She always seem so excited to go to the sessions. She is no longer telling me that she hates math :) She always happily telling us about what she learns. Thank you so much!

Amazing place to have your child tutored! Staff is kind and welcoming. My son was quite a few grade levels behind in math but they took the challenge on. They were considerate of him needing few distractions and my son NEVER had anything bad to say about his experience there. I would recommend this place FIRST if your child needs math tutoring at any level.

My issue is the Poor Customer Service, it started with the previous owner who charged me even when I called and spoke with the manager about being on a trip with my kids and he kept promising a Refund that I never got and kept charging me every month, now the new owner knew about the situation and he didnt do anything except a useless email that my credit card company refused to honor because of the (( different Directors/Managers)) that answered my calls and never told me that he doesnt work there anymore so bottom line I never got my money back neither a credit towards new classes.

I have given up on this place after over a year. They follow only their own plan. No matter how many times I asked them to follow the school curriculum and progress, they can only tailor the plan based on their own assessment and give kids repetitive work sheets which are lower than their standard. Very little comprehensive questions were taught and given. Even when a school test came up, they wouldn't care to revise the relevant topic with my child. Most of the time, the tutors (probably in high school or college) would just give my child a binder full of worksheets to work through. No upfront teaching or explanation or concept were explained, as if you just "keep doing the papers blindly", one day you will get it. I went to talk to the coordinator a few times, there must be at least 3 other parents expressed that the worksheets were too easy and the child were losing interest. This place does not bring out the the best potential of my child. It does not help my child excel. Won't be back.
