Went for a simple consult but his eagerness to get in my pocket by asking not once, not twice, but 5 times in 45 minutes consult asking how are we going to pay. Started by insulting my girlfriend continually and was simply unprofessional. Even the information "gifted" to us was completely incorrect and she was basically laughed at on court for even bringing it up. Don't waste your time or money.

after surviving three decades of abuse... My ex filed for full custody... I hired Mr. Gallagher. my ex's claims were so beyond false and manipulative... she literally claimed I had the ability to make decisions in August as a result of her actions the following September. Just one of many examples. not only was Mike Gallagher unable to get the court to do it duty and charge her with perjury... He was completely inept and unable to get the completely fraudulent charges thrown out. he can cash a check really well though.
