Horizon Credit Union

very unhappy with the way this supposed credit Union operates. set up online auto pay for my brand new trailer last month to come out this month on Saturday the 6th an this bank failed to take the money out. i connected my son's savings account to my trailer account thru them an now my good credit is trashed because they have a banking system that does not work! I'm not paying for the dam trailer, they can pay it off. since they cost me my credit rating. i will be in there in person tomorrow an i want jobs to be taken. if bankers can't do thier jobs then don't be at work! you guys owe me a trailer now!

Tina was my customer service. She was ever so nice and gave complete information that I asked for and needed, in regards to our continued banking with HCU

This bank would not exchange $10 for a roll of quarters. Teller proudly told me that they could not help me because I was not a member. Like wow thanks a lot for going the extra mile.

Tina at the safe way branch Horizon credit union is always a very kind and helpful , friendly always a pleasure to see and work with all the workers are always so kind and helpful always enjoy a credit union over a bank any day thanks Horizon for not feeing me to death
