    Dont get no loan with these scammers. They work together nicely with the dealership and Insurance companies. They approved my loan fine and dandy with my insurance. A month later they want to contact me about not having good enough insurance so no I have. So now Im stuck in a cheap monthly loan with high insurance because these scammers told me my insurance was fine at the time of signing the loan. Like I said. Yall approved my loan with the insurance I have and ONE MONTH LATER YALL CONTACT ME TELLING ME MY CAR INSURANCE ISNT GOOD ENOUGH! I contacted the bank three times before someone got back to me. Talk to two people and they dont care neitherIts part of working for scammersThey know yall approved my loan at the time of purchase with the insurance I have. Just a bunch of scammers scamming folksBefore the deal was done I told them Ill give the car backBut none of yall wanted to lose the deal so yall approved my loan anywayJust so yall could screw me over in the long runYALL CLEARLY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYBODYsmall family bank with the heart of big banksJust in the business too scam and screw folks over

    This place should receive no stars. The loan I took out ended up going through WECU. I have never done anything with them before as there are no branches near me. Because their convenience fees are ridiculously higher than they should be, I opted to set up my payments using bill pay with my financial institution. Everything up to yesterday had been going fine. I received a call from WECU that they haven't received my latest payment. It was withdrawn from my account. So after calling my bank it turns out WECU only accepts paper checks. They won't do a direct deposit from my bank. What sense does that make. So WECU only accepts checks from other banks. Their convenience fee to pay over the phone is 8 dollars and 18 dollars to use a card. Then they talk down to you when you have done your part to ensure your payment makes it. This is the first and last time I will be doing any business with WECU. As soon as I can I am refinancing my loan to get away from these crooks. There are so many other places that actually care about customer service. Not WECU.

    Financed a car loan and WECU was the 3rd party loan it landed with. I will be refinancing my loan as soon as I can to get out of this credit union and closing my account that I opened to pay the loan with. I have asked for clarification multiple times on my auto loan and have been met with dead ends. At one point I was told the first two people I talked to took educated guesses and did not know the proper answer although when I was talking to them there was no indication what they were saying was guesses. I have submitted my insurance information 5 separate times, including emailing them directly and last I heard it was not on file. Disorganized is an understatement.
