John is everything anyone could want in a career coach!! His extensive knowledge of HR practices, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and general industry expectations are invaluable. He exceeded my expectations, which were already high. With John's thorough assistance I was able to get a fantastic new role in the exact field I wanted to -- and I had plenty of challenges with my experience and resume.
