Big Chicken

A little on the pricey side but the quality and taste is outstanding. Possibly the best BBQ sauce west of the Mississippi.

Chicken samich was amazing. And the shake omg yum! Let's talk about the pail white french fries not one golden delicious frie to be found. Disappointing

April 6th, 2024 - updating my review because it seems like they have turned things around! I decided to try the Uncle Jeromes sandwich two more times since my original review, and the chicken wasnt rubbery or chewy.Sad to say it, but the quality of Big Chicken (or at least some of the menu items) has gone down hill since they opened. My favorite was their Uncle Jeromes sandwichso juicy and tender with a great amount of spice. But I just got a sandwich today and was really put off by the texture. The chicken was tough, rubbery, and chewy. It was really unpleasant. I hope they turn things around!

We went to the grand opening & the following month. Nice thick chicken patties. Just went back yesterday & the patties are 1/2 the size & dry. I asked the cashier about the size & they told me the portions have been reduced. Not Big Chicken as advertised. What a crafty move Shaq. Classic Bait & Switch

Chicken sandwich is good,, not quiet as good as Popeyes. Fries needed a bit more seasoning...I miss their old fries. Service was good
