Veritas Millwork

I am giving Veritas 2 stars because they are kind humans, but the product and customer service does not deserve any stars. I ordered custom French doors. They came out and measured, discussed the installation process, and boom we had the doors ordered and paid for - it was great. But this is where it fell apart. After 6 months and poor/confusing communication, the doors were finally done and painted. They said they'd deliver them in 2 weeks - but no doors. I then find out not only do they not have the ability to deliver them (I paid for delivery btw), they also don't install them. Byron helped us find someone to install, which we are grateful for. Those people had to go pick up the doors, but they saved this project. Doors are installed, and we discover the paint job is a mess. Paint all over the windows, areas missing paint, chips, sticky stuff all over the glass - not a finished product. I've spent hours already working to clean up the paint and have so many more to go. I'm disappointed to say the least. Perhaps they do great work in other areas, but I cannot recommend getting doors through this company.

Byron and Lonny worked with us on our kitchen remodel. They provide beautiful woodworking and craftmanship. Customer service is timely and considerate. Close attention to detail, and looks out for the customer. Very reasonable pricing. We are very happy to work with Veritas.

I had a cheap out of the box kitchen drawer that began to crumble at the corners and could no longer support my flatware. Rather than try to repair with the rotting particle board, I searched for nearby cabinet shops. I was told that most of these places don't take small jobs. I called and Byron said to bring it in to have him look at it. I left it with him and received a call the next day saying it was ready. The price was very reasonable and the workmanship was outstanding. I took it home and found that it was very slightly too tall to fit in the slot. It was not a big deal because I never gave him the measurements. He had me bring it back and was fixed within an hour. Byron is so friendly that I hope this gets read and more people find his shop when needing anything built. He showed me projects he's working on and its obvious he loves what he's doing. I plan to go back and will likely want my entire kitchen cabinetry replaced.
