I couldnt speak more highly of our experience with Economy Fence Center. From our initial unscheduled visit to the showroom where someone showed us around and discussed all of the options to our estimating appointment with Jim Warner (hes fantastic) to the installation (Matt and his crew - also amazing) - we are very pleased at every level. Jim provided us multiple options - he went back and updated the proposal three times until so we could pin down exactly what we wanted and to understand the full cost. He gave us options for the arbor - including suggesting where to purchase - and he followed up throughout the process - even once the job was completed. I have never had such a positive experience. Brad and Hyacinth helped with the scheduling communication was great. And Matt and his team came out - were respectful of the property, worked hard and did an incredible job. The before and after shot says everything. Highly recommended.

My fence is about 20 years old - was rotting after I purchased the home and my neighbor and I both needed to get it sorted because we both got dogs who love to play. A contractor who did my deck referred me - EconomyFence was the most reasonable quote I received as far as pricing. They were also very fast and professional. They came out the day after I called in and they got the whole project done in a few days when I was scheduled. The crew was very nice and helpful, and they kept me in the loop well. The new fence is very well built and they did an awesome job, especially for the price. I will say they could really improve on communication from the management side which is why this isn't a 5 star review. They use paper based processes and aren't very modern. For example - I was coordinating with several parties to get this done and maybe a housecall Pro GPS tracking link to the crew could have been sent - so I could tell the neighbor when to expect a crew (and know whom to expect!). Someone told me "it's impossible to estimate when they'll get there" but I do this everyday and am never late to work. Also most other contractors I have worked with are much better about that - it's 2024 and most other home services I use can invoice, estimate arrival of crews, and document jobs way better using technology. They may have had less communication friction and better homeowner experience if they had used any set of modern tooling I think - it made this simple job more stressful than it needed to be for me. That said I'm really satisfied overall with the work and the pricing. I recommend them 100% - even if they could improve communications.
