Not bad or good. The staff is trying to move fast because SO MANY PEOPLE decided that since they had vaccine, they were good; however I was told that out of the 98 people that were tested 85% tested positive and they were vaccinated. Sad that people that were vaccinated put there CHILDREN in danger. Saw families with children that tested positive. God Bless the staff.

I’ve been bringing my family to the Everett clinic urgent care at harbor point for years and there are such incredible doctors there who truly care. We are so grateful for the incredible care we get there!

They are very deceitful when it comes to billing. Even after you talk to them extensively about whether or not insurance covers everything for the visit, they hit you with surprise bills afterwards. You could ask them until you are blue in the face of wether or not they are going to bill you any additional money outside of insurance coverage at the front desk, and they bull face lie and bill you more no matter what, outside of their initial promise of claiming they wouldn’t do so what so ever. I won’t be going here anymore. They make you wait for hours and hours anyway when the lobby is barely ever full

Arrived to check in and was told it'd be a two hour wait. Wife had a pretty extreme fever so we asked if there was any way to get in a little quicker. Lady behind the counter never said a word, just typed on her computer for a couple minutes in silence and finally told us to go to the Shoreline location as it'd be a shorter wait. Great! We hopped back in the car and made the slippery snowy drive all the way to Shoreline... Only to find it's a three hour wait... Really don't appreciate being led on a wild goose chase in such unsafe driving conditions.

Hi there,I am extremely disappointed and enraged at the customer service provided by the receptionist, Nicole, located at The Everett Clinic at Harbor Pointe walk in clinic in Mukilteo, WA.My family of 5 was just involved in a car accident and I went to the harbor point walk in clinic at 6:55pm on 6/10. The receptionist, Nicole, asked for my information and found me in the system, asked for my daughters information found her in the system and could not find my other two children in the system. She stated it would take too long to enter them in the system and instead of getting us checked in she went to the back to get a nurse. Nicole retrieved RN, Laura, from the back who stated they would not help us because they don’t have an X-ray machine at that location and they can’t help us. I asked if they could do a basic look over or check our vitals so we can provide information/proof to our insurance that we tried to be seen for any possible injuries. Laura stated they were closing and we were not going to see us. I explained that we had called the Mukilteo clinic prior to arriving and the receptionist had told me we could be seen as long as we were there before they closed at 7pm. Laura and Nicole explained the over the phone receptionist didn’t know what they were talking about and said we should go to providence ER instead. After refusing my family service, I asked if they could provided a letter or note stating they would not see us, and they recommended we go find an emergency room for proper treatment. My husband and I tried to explain that the insurance companies usually want us seen the same day as the accident to address any injuries and we wanted some sort of documentation that we were refused service. They stated they could not give us a note of any kind and could not help us because they don’t have an X-ray machine. They gave me a business card to the business office along with a business card for a doctor. After leaving the clinic I immediately called the same number I spoke to prior to arriving and spoke to a receptionist named Brooke. I explained the situation to Brooke and she let me know she could check to see if that location had an X-ray machine. Brooke confirmed the Harbor point walk in clinic in Mukilteo, WA did have an X-ray machine. I asked Brooke to put in a formal complaint for me because we were refused service due to two employees wanting to leave work on time on a Friday night. I am completely disgusted at the selfishness that this clinic has provided to my family and want appropriate action taken taken towards these employees who have lied to our faces and prevented care to my 1, 3 and 4 year old children. When I arrived, Nicole had already stated she could see my husband and I, but the kids may need specially equipment.I arrived at the Everett Clinic in Mukilteo expecting the best care for my self, my husband and my children but instead we got forced out the door and lied to all because of two employees not doing their job and wanting to leave work on time. This is a situation that was strictly medical and now may turn legal due to the neglect of care from your employees.I would highly appreciate a call back regarding this matter as soon as possible. Thanks, Melina Torres
