Dr. Ballew and her team have overseen our residents in our AFH for many years now. We also work with the mental health and palliative care providers. They are all extremely professional and attentive to any concerns we have and each resident receives personalized treatment. Their goal is truly the patients well being. All of our residents have expressed being so happy to be their care. I could recommend Novari Primary Care over and over!

Dr. Karla Ballew, Dr. Kalen Jordan, nurse Lyra and Princess are part of an impressive care team at Novari. Not only they provide detailed and attentive care for my 96-year old mom, they also go above and beyond in response to the concerns and needs of family members with the same high level of professionalism!
