Hands down top notch service! I'm a direct communicator who can be straight to the point. Kelli was able to gracefully walk us through the process and explain the how and why's when needed. She lovingly took care of all the stressful stuff on the back end so we could focus on other important details. She's been in the industry for a long time and can break down the big picture.
