        Chateau Evalyn is beautiful, peaceful, enchanting and a work of art. Imbedded with history it stands majestically looking over the water, forest and nature. A lot of work, sweat, money, passion and love have been put into the vitalization of the building and property. Well worth checking it out!

        Have lived down the street from this property for more than 10 years and while well versed in the charles fascinating history of the property, have been quite curious as to its new ownership/purpose. On reading the previous entry explaining the new name, I assume this is a private family residence. Congrats to the new residents. What a lovely and historical place to raise a child.

        Chateau Evalyn will not be operating as a business in any manner including short term lease such as Air BNB.The name came from my daughter Evalyn who at the age of 5 renamed it Chateau Evalyn from Charles at Smugglers Cove. Our current home is named Evalyn's Bed and Breakfast. We don't have a Bed and Breakfast just a smart girl.We will do our best to make sure this estate never sees a wrecking ball nor a condo going up on it. -Thank you - Jon Pierre
