Megan was exceptional when it came to selling my home. Not only did she get me the best price for my house, but she advised me along the way with her years of experience. We came into some firsts for both of us during the transaction, but rather then shying away Megan took them head on to get the job done. Prior to the sell she was able to give knowledgeable tips on improving our home in order to not break the bank, but rather get the most bang for our buck. She hired a quality photographer as well as a stager who worked well with the size and uniqueness of our home. I recommend Megan for future sales, and anticipate using her again when it comes to me buying or selling in the future.
