        My massage therapist encouraged me to make an appointment with Chris when I had a persistent issue with my knee that wasn't resolving with massage, exercise or rest. I had my first acupuncture session today and I really enjoyed Chris's "bedside manner." He describes each step as he executes them and he answered all my questions. I went in with an achy and painful knee and tonight I feel almost euphoric and no pain!

        Chris was my first acupuncture experience (plus massage), and WOW my body felt so much lighter, soft and agile after the session. I was definitely nervous but Chris's knowledge, clear communication and care helped a lot. He personalized my care and helped educate me more about the connection between my body and stress. Highly recommend!!
