        The gentleman who came and fixed my issue is wonderful, a gem not only for maintenance but for Yauger Park as a whole! Friendly and knowledgeable he checked my issue out needed a different part, got a call and asked my permission to stop and take care of it while getting the part as it was a quick fix, was right back and completed my issue. My sink had leaked and he went the extra mile and cleaned up all the water under the sink and put everything back after everything was fixed. A great experience!

        Toni is excellent in communication skills and keeps the residents updated on any situation. From inspections or weather issues, she makes sure that the residents have all information needed. I appreciate her hard work in managing this property. Steve is a perfect addition to Yauger Park. He knows how to maintain our community/homes. It is a pleasure to call Yauger Park Villas home.
