I've never met a nastier witch in my life than the lady Jennifer who recently took over this place. She is not only disrespectful and rude, shes as unprofessional as you can get. How she got the job I dont know, but she needs to lose her job and be working somewhere as trashy as her at McDonald's somewhere.

The manager Jennifer is running this place into the ground. She must get a kick back from the towing company, because she slaps tow notices on at least once a week for the most ridiculous things. Tabs one month expired? Getting towed. Work from home and haven't moved your car in 5 days? Getting towed. She also picks and chooses when to enforce the handicapped parking spaces. One isn't even an official space, and she still will tow you for parking there, yet won't tow other people. The fact that these are lower income apartments and yet she wants anyone and everyone towed says a lot, she knows most can't afford to get their cats back. She doesn't care. I've never seen anything like that any other property and it's why I'm convinced she gets paid for each tow, otherwise why spend so much time doing it? There are rats, ants, constant stray cats on porches.... She's extremely rude and focused on the wrong things. Oh and the pool hasn't been open for 3 years now and using covid as an excuse still when everything is back open is ridiculous. It's laziness. Go rent somewhere else and save yourself many headaches.

The new manager Jenny is very rude and prejudice against colored people and goes out to target people she does not like If she doesnt like you, you cannot do things others can and I think that is very unfair and she is unfit to be a manager

I have lived here since 2013 and loved every minute. It always felt like a community a home. The last few years since the new manager Jennifer Took over it has been horrible. We have had rats by our dumpsters that went unmanaged for MONTHS, chewing up our car hoses and scaring our pets, the property is dirty and poorly maintained. A resident was outside trimming the bushes himself the other day. Dont believe me drive through here yourself, its clear upper management hasnt been. The manager is extremely rude and raised her voice to both my child and I multiple times. I have let so many things slide to keep the peace but I just can not anymore. This place is my home its where I have raised my daughter now it feels more like horror and harassment than anything else. BUYER BEWARE. Rent is cheap but comes at the cost of your peace and happiness. The only good thing here is the neighbors really looks out for each other. Which is good because our car got broke into parked right by the office but of course it was closed since the manager is literally never there. This place is so sad. Just a miserable place to live. Other residents wont speak out because most are on a fixed income, which I completely understand and will never judge about. Just beware.
