I was disappointed. I brought my 2016 Ford Edge in because there was a shimmy on the front end. It was diagnosed that I needed a engine mount replaced after a tech was brought in to assess the problem. This was on a Wednesday. I called Thursday and was advised I needed 2 additional engine mounts to fix the problem. I called on Saturday and was advised the new engine mounts did not fix the problem and Meineke would diagnose again to find the problem. I waited all day on Monday and did not hear back. I finally called on Tuesday and was advised they did not have time to diagnose on Monday and would try to get to it. I advised I would pick up my car and take it to Ford garage which I did. I started out with an estimate of $795 to fix the problem and ended up paying $1,3322.44 for work which did not fix the problem and am now having to go to Ford to get it fixed. I am not happy. I have dealt with Walt's (previous owners) and Meineke for 30+ years. This was a costly mistake.

Brought the price down when talked to which is much appreciated. Took lots of photos of rotors, brake pads, tire wear, and check engine light which is a nice detail despite the job (resonator delete). Havent been under the car yet to check out the quality of the welds but so far it seems that they hold and dont leak. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Very disappointing; and not very honest. Recommend Les Schwab.
I sought automobile maintenance help from Meineke for 3 issues. I was quoted a cost of about $1000, with each item costing about the same (about $335 each). Meineke had the car most of the day. However, they were not able to complete one of the items, they said for lack of proper software, so they referred me to Les Schwab for that one, and they told me there would be no charge for the uncompleted item. As a result, I expected a final cost of about $670 ($335 x 2). However, the final invoice was still a little more than $1,000. A review of the invoice showed they charged a lot more than quoted for the two items they completed (they just loaded these items with more labor than was quoted). I complained, but to no avail. I did take the car to Les Schwab for the uncompleted item, which was completed in 1.5 hours for $99 -- far less than Meineke quoted. Meineke also had trouble communicating job completion. Twice I went to pick up the car when told the work was complete, only to find out work was still ongoing. Next time I'll just go to Les Schwab to begin with.
