I really feel welcomed every time I come here. The branch manager Karla Robertson is awesome! She is very attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to make my day better. I am always greeted treated with great customer service. I truly feel that with Karla it is more than just business, she sincerely cares about building strong relationships with her clients. Thank you once again Karla for making sure that all my banking needs are always met.

Staff is very polite and friendly from my experiences. Monthly maintenance fees, ATM fees, fees for fees etc etc... Recently I made an online purchase that Colombia deemed a security risk and they cancelled my card without notice. I was unaware until my cellphone service was interrupted. A very easy mistake to avoid with a phone call, email or text. I'm closing my account and switching to a Credit Union that won't nickel and dime me to death.

I stopped late on a Friday to deposit a check. The drive through was open and empty. I was greeted by a polite, cheerful teller that completed my transaction quickly. Not my usual branch, but it is closer and not as busy as the other branches. I will use this branch now.
