      image been a customer for three years. never had an issue while with or sent in for my sister. now i understand the past, more poor reviews. forgot an item on a call in from my sister last month and when going to grab the new employee said no it could not be added on or she would get in trouble. its a beauty supply, not a court house. basically denying a sale that totals into the hundreds? that seems more criminal than adding items to an order that was called in from my family member with her license. my advice? lighten up a little, taking things so seriously or being so hell bent on following the rules over customer service or someones experiences shouldnt be a thing.
