I have taken 2 different cars for 2 different detailing services to Dean at Capital City Detailing. Once was a 10+ year old Prius that we bought from some folks that smoked in it. We dealt with it for a while, but I finally had enough, and I took it to Dean for a full interior detail. Not only did the car look immaculate but he got the stale smoke smell out of the vehicle. He even got stains out that had been in the upholstery for over a year, which I was not expecting. He did end up keeping the car overnight (only after calling me to ask if it was OK, first) so that he could leave whatever the machine is in it that gets the smells out. I thought that meant my bill would double but it didn't. Dean still charged me the original quoted price, even though I know he put more time and work into it than he probably anticipated. The second time was a full exterior detail and wax on my brand-new vehicle. He was able to get me in the day after I called and somehow had my car with only a few miles on it looking even better than when it was on the lot at the dealership. His pricing on both details was fair, if even a bit low compared to other detailing places I have checked out. I will be a regular customer of Dean's as long as he's in business.
